• Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited (“MLDL”) is developing a residential Project named “Mahindra Vista Phase 1” situated on portion of land bearing CTS No. 174 A/3, Off. Western Express Highway, Akurli Road, Kandivali East, Mumbai - 400101  bearing RERA No. P51800054671 dated 02/02/2024 valid up to 31/12/2029 available on http://maharera.mahaonline.gov.in (“Project”). MLDL is inviting offers/applications for booking of apartment/s through its Expression of Interest (“EOI”) for the said Project.
  
• You can select your preference for an apartment in the Project by submitting the preference form (“EOI Application Form”). By submitting the EOI Application Form and making an online payment of Rs.5,00,000/- as EOI Token Amount (“EOI Token Amount”) to MLDL, your unique EOI number shall be generated (“Unique Number”) and the same is subject to realization of the payment made by you.
• The EOI Token Amount is fully refundable in case if you are not able to complete the application process to book an apartment of your choice in the Project during the preference period starting from 3rd Feb’24 to 29th Feb’24 (“Early Booking Period”).  The EOI Token Amount shall be refunded to you by 15th April 2024 without any interest.
  
• An incomplete EOI Application Form is liable to be rejected. Some of the illustrations of an incomplete EOI Application Form is as follows: (i) the cheque/ demand draft/ banker’s cheque issued by the Applicant is dishonoured or returned unpaid for any reason whatsoever, or the Token Amount/ Booking Amount through RTGS/ NEFT is not realized by MLDL, or (ii) Payments towards Token Amount or Booking Amount(s) are made from the account of a third party.
